About me
I am a classically trained chef, I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2007 and have been cooking for a little over 18 years.
In addition to my culinary background, I am currently studying to become an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner and End-of-Life Doula. This journey has deepened my appreciation for the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit and reinforced my commitment to helping others achieve holistic wellness in all aspects of their lives. As a Holistic Personal Chef, I bring a unique approach to meal preparation that goes beyond just creating delicious dishes. I believe that food is not only fuel for the body but also a powerful tool for promoting overall health and well-being.

How it works:
After we chat, there's a questionnaire you'll fill out, and we can begin your personal menu. As we get to know each other, we will work out your weekly and monthly plans.
Pricing based on your needs, requests and meal plans. Deliveries are Mondays and Thursday's and free if you are in a 10 mile radius of Ridgefield.
